Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller, whose details are given below, and the Buyer, whose details are provided in the order form, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form before confirming the order.

Buyer: The person whose name, delivery address and contact details are provided in the order form. Buyer details are shown in the order summary and the Preliminary Information Form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer via anzerbalevi.com, whose essential characteristics, quantity and sales price are stated in the order summary.

3. Products, Price and Payment

The essential characteristics, quantity, sales price including all taxes and, where applicable, shipping cost of the products are shown in the order summary and on the payment page. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the obligation to pay. Payment is made by the method selected at checkout (credit card, bank transfer/EFT or other offered methods); card transactions are processed with SSL encryption and 3D Secure, and card details are not stored in the Seller's systems.

4. Delivery

The products are delivered by courier to the address provided by the Buyer in the order form, within the committed period and in any case without exceeding the statutory maximum of 30 days. If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, the Buyer should have a report drawn up by the courier or refuse the delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are stated at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason and without penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the product. The withdrawal notice may be sent in writing to [email protected] or submitted via the return request section of your account. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days; the Seller refunds the collected payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable goods or goods that may expire, or for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape or seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons (food products, including honey and bee products).

7. Defective Products

If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise the optional rights arising from Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, price reduction or rescission). Applications can be made through the contact channels above.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data processed during order and delivery is protected under Law No. 6698. For details, see the PDPL Information Notice and Privacy Policy pages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made are competent for disputes arising from this Agreement, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Entry into Force

This Agreement is concluded and enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic confirmation of the order. The Buyer accepts that they have read and confirmed the Preliminary Information Form before ordering.
