Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return the products you purchased by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Policy

• The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
• The security strip/seal must remain intact.
• The invoice or order form must be sent along with the product.

Food Safety Alert

For food safety and hygiene reasons; food products that have been opened or whose seals have been broken (honey, pollen, propolis, etc.) cannot be returned in order to protect your health.

Return Process

• Submit your return request through your account or via our Contact Us channels.
• Return approval is usually completed within 3 business days.
• Refunds are made to the same payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs. Please inspect the package upon delivery.
